2. Website purpose

The site presents our florist studio, seasonal bouquets, workshops, and contact options. Product photos illustrate typical compositions; actual flowers vary with season and harvest. Prices shown are indicative starting points and may change.

3. Orders and workshops

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are requests, not automatic contracts. A sale or workshop place is confirmed when we accept your request and agree on date, product, and price. Availability of stems is limited each day.

4. Delivery

Bicycle delivery is offered for eligible areas in and around Lille during opening hours, subject to weather and capacity. Delivery details and any fees are confirmed when you order. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to rearrange.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, graphics, and branding on this site belong to Atelier Safran or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Liability

We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by French consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
